I’d give Derek 10 stars! Our 2nd home in Ivins generated a couple of $800 monthly water bills, and we had to figure out why. Emergency call #1 to Summit was to fix a root problem in a sprinkler valve box. He worked us in and replaced the worn out valves. While visiting in Ivins, I discovered leak #2. The front valve box was completely buried by under dirt and rocks. Summit came the next day and dug out the box, replaced the valves, installed new base gravel and a new box. The very next day I found leak #3 in a 1/2 pipe. I tried fixing this one myself - bad idea. So, I called Derek a third time. He came out later that afternoon, fixed the leak, discovered another leak, and fixed it. His prices were great as his overhead is low. His responsiveness is unmatched. I’ll report back once I get our latest water bill to tell you all how much Derek and Summit saved me!

Derek was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, quick to get the job done, and reasonably priced. He diagnosed and repaired a problem with my irrigation system as well as my landscape lighting system. I would recommend him to anyone for landscape issues of any kind.
